Responsibilities Include:
LPN duties include medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents’ care, and implementation of schedules for residents.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or greater from an accredited college
- Unencumbered LPN license in the state of KY
- LTC/AL/SNF experience preferred
