Position Responsibilities:
- Transport dirt, spoils, asphalt grindings, stone, sand, gravel, and other construction materials to and from job sites and suppliers
- Verify materials being transported and comply with weight restrictions
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs
- Ensure proper securement and safe operation of equipment
- Maintain a clean truck and work environment
- Communicate effectively regarding schedules, delays, and jobsite conditions
- Report mechanical or safety concerns immediately
- Follow all construction site safety procedures and company safety policies
Qualifications:
✔ Valid CDL Class A License
✔ Current DOT Medical Card
✔ Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience preferred
✔ Clean driving record required
✔ Must pass DOT drug/alcohol testing requirements
✔ Ability to work flexible hours including occasional nights, weekends, and overtime
✔ Strong communication skills and reliability are a MUST
✔ Experience in dump truck, semi-dump, construction hauling, or similar work preferred
✔ Must be safety-minded, dependable, and able to work in a team environment

Pay:
$28–$32 /hour depending on experience and type of work
