Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and ensuring inventory accuracy across the warehouse. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with warehouse and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning.
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Conduct physical inventory counts and support annual inventory audits.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for quantity and accuracy.
- Coordinate with Receiving, Shipping, and Operations teams to ensure inventory integrity.
- Generate inventory reports and analyze inventory trends.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and inventory control procedures.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of inventory control or warehouse experience.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Experience using WMS, ERP systems, or inventory management software.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic reporting preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Forklift certification is a plus.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
