About the Role:
As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will represent Restorepro at homes and businesses throughout the region, performing high-quality carpet cleaning services. You’ll be responsible for evaluating each site’s specific needs, applying advanced cleaning methods, and ensuring every job meets our exceptional standards for cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, independent work ethic, and strong customer service skills. You’ll often be the face of our company, so we’re looking for someone who can build trust with clients and deliver top-tier results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to residential and commercial client locations using company-provided equipment and vehicles.
- Inspect, assess, and discuss customer needs for carpet cleaning services.
- Apply proper cleaning agents, equipment, and stain treatment techniques based on carpet type and condition.
- Handle furniture and room preparation with care and attention to protect client belongings.
- Educate customers on additional services such as upholstery cleaning, deodorizing, and protective stain treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and workspaces.
- Ensure all jobs are completed efficiently, professionally, and to customer satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and supervisors regarding job status, issues, and follow-up needs.
- Assist with emergency water, fire, and mold restoration jobs as needed.

Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record (required).
- Prior experience in carpet cleaning or a related field is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical labor throughout the day.
- Availability for occasional overtime, on-call shifts, and weekend work when necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
