Job Brief
We’re looking for a friendly, organized front desk coordinator to be the first point of contact for our agency visitors and callers. This role manages our reception area, supports the team with light administrative tasks, and helps ensure clients have a smooth, professional experience from the moment they connect with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate team members.
- Keep the front desk and lobby tidy, stocked, and presentable at all times.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, updating calendars, and basic data entry or filing as needed.
