Product Management Analyst
About the Role
The Product Management Analyst supports Principal Managers in executing day to day operational activities related to supplier relationships and product management. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong supplier partnerships, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, and ensuring accurate and timely flow of information to drive business performance. This hybrid-role will report into our Westlake, Ohio office.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with assigned principals by participating in trade shows, seminars, and meetings.

Support Principal Managers by gathering and delivering supplier data including targets, product information, and sales metrics.

Assist in identifying key market opportunities through market mapping and product recommendations.

Respond to special pricing requests from the sales team and ensure accurate system entry.

Coordinate communication between principals, sales teams, and technical contacts to ensure timely responses to inquiries.

Support product launches and new product introductions in collaboration with principals and internal teams.

Partner with internal resources to maximize contribution margins and business performance.

Independently manage day-to-day activities for assigned minor principals.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty chemicals, distribution, manufacturing, or another complex B2B environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in specialty chemical or ingredient distribution.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
Exposure to pricing analysis, forecasting, or product management.
Understanding of industrial manufacturing markets including coatings, adhesives, plastics, rubber, construction, or related industries.
Travel up to 15%
