Food Service Aide:
Concordia at SpiriTrust - Luther Ridge (formerly SpiriTrust Lutheran) is looking for a Food Service Aide to join our team! If you enjoy serving, working with people, and being part of a supportive, team-centered environment, this is a great opportunity.
As a Food Service Aide, you will have the responsibility to serve quality food to our residents.
What You’ll do as a Food Service Aide:
· Assist with preparation, cooking, and baking
· Waiting tables, taking orders and washing dishes .
· Keeping your work area clean and sanitary at all times
The Food Service Aide job is Entry level position – (You will be paid while being trained.) Competitive 2026 wages starting at $15/hour and going up to $16/hour based on experience.

Food Service Aide Qualifications:
- Table service skills
- Waitress experience helpful but not required
- Team player
- Reliable and Flexible schedule
- ServSafe certification a plus!
