The Role
We're hiring an Electrical Project Manager based in St. Louis, MO to lead electrical construction projects from budget through completion. You'll manage the schedule, direct subcontractors, coordinate with the design team, and keep your projects on time, on budget, and up to code. This role includes travel to job sites across the U.S. (up to 50%).
What You'll Do
- Oversee construction (and design, when applicable) to keep projects aligned with design intent, the National Electrical Code, budget, and schedule
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and your team on project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Run weekly project meetings and conduct site visits as needed
- Support preconstruction work, including estimating and change orders
- Review and approve purchase orders, invoices, and change order requests
- Keep project documentation accurate, current, and accessible to authorized personnel
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or 5+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code
- Experience with Accubid estimating software
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu
- Experience with Procore, PlanGrid, or similar file-sharing platforms
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and team leadership ability
- Willingness to travel to job sites as needed (up to 50%)
Compensation & Benefits
- $125,000 base salary, plus performance bonus

Work Location
Based out of our St. Louis, MO headquarters, with travel to job sites nationwide (up to 50%). You'll report to the St. Louis office between site assignments.
