Summary
Under general supervision, analyzes defective product in order to identify root causes of failures. Processes auditing in order to identify unfavorable trends in process and product quality for the plant. Involves engineering and production supervision as necessary to identify and correct the cause and to eliminate/minimize future occurrences.

Assists with QA audits

Checks, analyzes and inspects raw materials

Work in process goods and finished goods by following the guidelines to ensure procedures and standards are met

Identifies issues and recommends preventative and corrective action to mitigate future risk

Performs periodic audits to ensure the achievement of quality standards

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Reasoning Ability

This is a 2nd shift position that will pay $22.28 / hour plus a $2.00 / hour shift premium.
2nd Shift - 2:30PM - 11:00PM or 2:30PM - 1:00AM
