Client Experience Manager — Jade Homes
Jade Homes, a custom homebuilder in Corpus Christi, is hiring a Client Experience Manager to own the buyer relationship from first contact through move-in.
What you’ll do:
- Field and qualify leads, give property tours, and manage the sales pipeline through contract
- Guide clients through design selections (finishes, fixtures, lighting) and keep them on schedule
- Serve as the client’s main point of contact throughout the build — proactive updates, not just reactive answers
- Manage expectations around timeline, budget, and change orders
- Own the closing experience and follow-up after move-in
What you won’t do:
- Construction scheduling or site supervision
- QA/punch list work
- Back-office admin
You’re a fit if you have:
- Sales or client-facing experience (real estate, design, or homebuilding a plus)
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Comfort managing multiple client relationships and timelines at once
- A service mindset — you want the client to feel guided, not managed
Reports to ownership. Full-time, Corpus Christi, TX.
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
