Deep cleaning of kitchen equipment in accordance with hotel standards. Complete washing of dishes, pots, pans or other equipment used in the kitchen.

Ensures that all china, glass and silverware requirements are met

Takes monthly inventories of china, glass and silverware

Fills in and assists other employees in the Kitchen Stewarding Department

Cleans pot and pans, sweeps floors and removes kitchen trash
-
Cleans trash cans, floor mats, walls, dishes, glassware and silverware, dollies, carts, shelving, counter tops, reach-in refrigerators, walk-in coolers and freezers, and the dock area

Delivers and picks-up kitchen equipment
-
Acts as a pot, pan, glass, china, and silverware runner
-
Performs other duties requested
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Has a minimum of one (1) year kitchen operations experience
-
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
-
Has working knowledge of sanitation regulations and procedures
-
Must be able to read, write and speak English
-
Able to stand for an extended period of time
-
Must be able to obtain a Health Card
