Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Clerk/Delivery Driver, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and timely deliveries. Duties
- Manage inventory control using warehouse management systems and RF scanners to ensure accurate stock levels and order fulfillment.
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklift, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely within the warehouse.
- Assist with stocking, picking & packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch while adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Conduct shipping & receiving activities, including verifying inbound/outbound shipments and maintaining detailed records of inventory movements.
- Safely load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of materials and heavy lifting techniques.
- Drive company vehicles to deliver products to clients or distribution centers while following all traffic laws and safety protocols.
- Support warehouse distribution tasks by participating in materials handling, packaging, and order picking processes using AS400 systems or similar warehouse management systems.
Requirements
- Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in inventory management, order picking & packing, and shipping & receiving processes.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, or pallet jacks is highly preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse machinery operation and materials handling equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for warehouse operations and construction site safety is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or AS400 systems for inventory control.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
