Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic driven, outbound-focused Real Estate Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and building relationships with top real estate talent in our market. This is a high-activity, relationship-driven position that requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily outbound prospecting calls and follow-ups to identify and recruit real estate agents
- Set and conduct recruiting appointments with prospective agents
- Manage a pipeline of candidates through consistent follow-up and relationship building
- Utilize scripts and proven outreach strategies to generate recruiting appointments
- Leverage CRM and marketing tools to track activity and manage leads
- Collaborate with leadership on recruiting goals and strategies
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions with prospective agents
Qualifications:
- Strong outbound sales skills — cold calling and appointment setting experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit activity goals
- Highly organized with strong follow-up habits
- Real estate experience preferred but not required
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to utilize social media marketing for recruitment campaigns and lead generation efforts effectively.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
