The company primarily serves the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex in Texas, specializing in custom outdoor structures, custom patios, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, sunrooms, and energy-efficient exterior home improvements. You won’t be cold calling. You won’t be chasing unqualified prospects. You’ll be meeting with homeowners who are already interested.
You will be supplied with Pre-Set/Pre-Qualified appointments. We have a very rigorous pre-qualification process that ensures we are putting our consultants in the best possible situation to be successful.
Our compensation plan rewards solid performance with a strong commission rate, as well as the opportunity for performance bonuses and incentives. Our sales force is made up of top performers who are highly compensated and typically earn $120,000 and beyond in their 1st year.
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience in residential outdoor living or exterior remodeling.
- Experience in CAD design software is a plus.
- Strong sales, communication, and closing skills.
- Build trust and guide customers through the decision process.
- Ability to design, estimate, and present outdoor living projects to homeowners.
- Experience coordinating with project managers and construction teams.
- Able to independently manage company-provided leads and close sales.
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Drive, Meet).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
