Marco’s Pizza is one of the fastest-growing pizza brands in the country, known for fresh ingredients, quality food, and outstanding customer service. We’re looking for a driven, hands-on shift leader to lead our team, deliver great guest experiences, and run a successful, profitable store.
Position Overview
The Shift leader is responsible for assisting the General Manager with the operation of the restaurant, including team leadership, customer satisfaction, food quality, and financial performance. This role requires a leader who can motivate a team, maintain high standards, and manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Help Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met
- Control costs, manage inventory, and meet sales and profit goals
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Monitor labor, food costs, and operational metrics to improve performance
- Create a positive, respectful, and energetic work environment
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience (pizza or QSR preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage labor and food costs
- Customer-focused mindset with a hands-on leadership style
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
