About the Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Haida Nursing and Rehab, you will be responsible for:
Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Conducting routine assessments and evaluations to identify changes in patient condition
Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Participating in interdisciplinary care planning and care delivery
