We are looking for an Ecommerce specialist for our consumer electronics company. Our company, TopTier Wireless, sells used electronics such as cell phones, laptops, and tablets both directly to consumers, and in bulk on the wholesale level. You will be in charge of pricing such devices online based on market trends, managing online listings, dealing with customer service, and shipping out orders. You will also be in charge of dropping items off at USPS/FedEx utilizing a company vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Scanning electronics (phones, laptops, tablets) into and out of our inventory system
- Quality checking and testing devices
- Taking photos and listing items online for sale
- Pricing items based on marketplace trends
- Virtual customer service to assist customers with returns
- Packing, cleaning, and shipping of devices
- General upkeep and cleaning of the office space
Skills
- Basic understanding of handheld electronics and their function
- High School degree, some college experience required
- Basic math skills
- Basic administrative and business knowledge
- Basic computer skills, ability to navigate inventory systems
- Prefers and thrives working with independence and freedom
- Ability to lift 70 lbs
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
