Mayflower Townhouse Cooperative is seeking a permanent, full-time Maintenance/Service Technician to join our team at our 102-unit multifamily housing cooperative.
The successful candidate will work as part of a two-person maintenance crew under the direction of one supervisor. We are looking for a dependable, skilled individual with experience in general building and grounds maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
Responsibilities include:
- Completing unit work orders and general repairs
- Rehabilitating homes being prepared for sale
- Performing light grounds maintenance
- Delivering notices to member homes
- Seasonal snow removal, including operating a snow blower, hand shoveling, and driving an employer-provided snow tractor
- Being periodically available for on-call after-hours emergencies, generally every other week
