JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Producer – Environmental Design serves as the strategic production lead for edgefactory's largest experiential environments, branded spaces, and immersive event installations. This role is responsible for transforming client objectives into engaging physical environments through the successful planning, coordination, fabrication, installation, and execution of environmental experiences.
As the primary client advisor for environmental design, the Senior Producer partners closely with clients, designers, fabricators, production teams, and operations to create environments that are visually impactful, operationally efficient, and aligned with the client's brand and business objectives.
In addition to leading complex environmental projects, the Senior Producer mentors Producers and Associate Producers, contributes to department standards and best practices, and partners with Executive Leadership to expand edgefactory's environmental design capabilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Client Leadership

Serve as the strategic environmental design advisor for assigned enterprise clients.

Lead discovery meetings focused on attendee experience, branding, and venue transformation.

Present environmental concepts, production strategies, and installation plans.

Build trusted long-term client relationships.
Environmental Design Leadership
-
Lead the planning and execution of branded environments and experiential activations.

Coordinate scenic design, environmental graphics, signage, custom fabrication, décor, and interactive installations.

Ensure all environmental elements support the overall event story and attendee experience.

Collaborate with Creative, Production, Operations, and Event Technology throughout project development.
Onsite Execution
-
Lead environmental installations onsite.
-
Coordinate venue access, load-in, load-out, and installation schedules.

Perform quality assurance reviews prior to client walkthroughs.

Resolve onsite challenges while maintaining production timelines.

Ensure all environmental elements meet edgefactory quality standards.
Team Leadership

Mentor Producers and Associate Producers supporting experiential projects.

Develop best practices for environmental production workflows.
-
Improve collaboration between Creative, Production, Operations, and fabrication partners.

Support departmental planning and forecasting.
Financial and Operational Management

Develop and manage environmental production budgets.

Negotiate vendor pricing and fabrication contracts.

Monitor project profitability.
-
Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and client value.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

7+ years producing corporate meetings, conferences, live events, or broadcast productions.

Demonstrated experience leading large-scale productions.

Strong leadership and client management skills.

Advanced understanding of live event production workflows.

Experience managing budgets, schedules, and vendors.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Asana (or similar project management software).

Ability to manage multiple high-profile productions simultaneously.

Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended production hours.

TIME COMMITMENT:
Monday through Friday. Office hours are 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM. Travel, evenings, weekends, and extended production hours are required based on event schedules.
