Premier Kids Home Care is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to join our Private Duty Nursing Team!

Immediate Needs: We have many openings across San Antonio and surrounding areas — and our needs change frequently. We’re especially looking for High-Tech RNs & LVNs available for: Days| Nights| Weekends.

Qualifications:
- Must have a valid license (LVN/LPN/RN) in the state of Texas
- Current CPR certification
- Willingness to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents
- Experience with trach care, G-tube, or ventilator preferred BUT not required - we offer clinical training and support!
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one patient care in a home environment
- Execute physician’s Plan of Care (POC) and maintain compliant documentation
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
- Perform patient assessments and coordinate care
- Provide health promotion, teaching, and training for family members
