As the technical face of the IMPRES team, the Engineering department is where customer mission requirements become deployable solutions. From data center and networking to security, workforce enablement, and AI, our engineers design, validate, and size the architectures behind every quote, proposal, and delivery—backed by deep, certified expertise across our OEM partners. Engineering owns technical credibility end to end, setting the standards that keep our solutions sound from the first whiteboard session through implementation and support. Working hand-in-hand with sales, capture, marketing, and IT, the team translates agency requirements into technical strategy while staying fluent in the realities of federal work, from RMF and ATO processes to the security and compliance frameworks our DoD and Civilian customers depend on. Whether we're sitting across from an agency CIO, building the technical response to a major solicitation, or working forward-deployed alongside a customer's team, Engineering is the team that makes sure what we promise is what we deliver.
