What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year full‑service restaurant management experience
- Open availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong ability to delegate, follow up, and hold teams accountable
- Detail‑oriented with solid organizational skills
- Excellent people skills – able to coach, motivate, and communicate clearly
- Reliable transportation
- A self‑starter who stays motivated and leads by example
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations in a 24‑hour environment
- Lead and develop team members to ensure consistent service and food quality
- Maintain operational standards, cleanliness, and safety procedures
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and shift management
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve issues professionally
- Uphold company policies and drive performance goals
