Work Duties
- Counseling in office and via telehealth
- Providing supervision for associate-level clinicians in accordance with state and company guidelines
- Providing mental health assessment, treatment planning, and counseling
- Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan progress and outcomes
- Attend all meetings and trainings
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications:
- Fully Licensed Clinician: LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC
- Licensed by the State of Utah for a minimum of two years
- Effective interpersonal skills, ability to follow instructions, good written and verbal communication skills, time management skills

Pay: $65-75/hr
