What You'll Do
As a Tax Relief Sales Representative, you'll serve as the first point of contact for individuals and business owners seeking relief from IRS and state tax issues.
You'll:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls using qualified leads
- Build trust through professional, consultative conversations
- Identify potential tax relief opportunities
- Qualify prospects and gather critical information
- Schedule appointments for our senior Tax Relief Strategists and Closers
- Maintain accurate CRM notes
- Follow approved scripts and compliance guidelines
- Participate in coaching, role-play, and ongoing training
- Consistently meet daily activity expectations

Minimum Qualifications
- Must reside in the United States
- Fluent English with clear verbal communication
- Previous phone sales, inside sales, appointment setting, collections, insurance, debt settlement, mortgage, or call center experience preferred
- Reliable computer or laptop
- High-speed internet
- Professional USB headset
- Webcam required
- Discord account (used daily for communication, coaching, meetings, and training)
- Quiet professional home office
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Ability to multitask while speaking with clients
Compensation
- 100% Commission Position
- Earn up to 20% commission on every closed deal
