Key Responsibilities
Transportation
- Safely operate company vehicles (15-passenger vans, mobility buses)
- Assist participants with boarding, exiting, and mobility devices
- Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections
- Maintain transportation logs and follow assigned routes
- Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and supervision
- Communicate delays or incidents promptly
Participant Care & Activities
- Assist with recreational and therapeutic activities
- Engage participants in group and one-on-one interactions
- Support toileting and continence care as needed
- Observe and report changes in participant condition
Meal & Environmental Support
- Assist with meal service and feeding when needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Follow infection control procedures
Team Support
- Work collaboratively with staff
- Maintain professional boundaries
- Support a positive and respectful environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
