Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Operate cash registers accurately, processing payments efficiently while adhering to food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to food safety and alcohol service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or country club setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service.
- A background in hospitality is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to create memorable experiences for guests.
- Certification in food safety or responsible alcohol service is a plus.
