Summary
We are seeking an Optician to join our team at Bright Vision Center. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting patients with their eyewear needs, including frame selection, lens fitting, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help us maintain our commitment to quality eye care.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients in selecting eyewear that meets their vision needs and personal style.
- Perform lens fittings and adjustments to ensure proper fit and comfort.
- Maintain knowledge of current eyewear trends and product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient information.
- Manage inventory levels of eyewear products and supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with optometrists on patient care and treatment plans.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Optician or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy related to vision care.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is essential.
- Excellent retail sales skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to perform basic laboratory tasks related to eyewear production.
