Mental Health Professional
- The Mental Health Professional provides quality, compassionate, and evidence-based psychotherapy services to clients at Samaritan Counseling Clinic. Bilingual (required)
- LPC, LCSW, LMFT preferred (LAC, LMSW would be considered if they arebilingual)
Responsibilities:
· Identify and obtain information required for a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment of adults, adolescents, or children.
· Provide appropriate clinical diagnoses.
· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
· Provide individual, group, couples, or family counseling utilizing client-centered, evidence-based, and trauma-informed modalities.
· Facilitating communication between clients and relevant stakeholders to promote collaborative efforts and ensure the best interest of the client is served.
· Complete documentation of services rendered in a regulatory, compliant, efficient, and timely manner.
· Effectively evaluate the appropriateness of services, progress, and discharge process.
· Work efficiently and collaboratively with team members of Samaritan Counseling Clinic.
· Assist in promoting program growth and expansion.

· Ability to manage conflict with clients and coworkers in a patient and discrete manner.
· Ability to employ evidence-based, client-centered, and trauma-informed interventions.
· Excellent adherence to the ethical standards of the governing licensing board.
· Proficient in learning and using Electronic Health Records systems for documentation.
· Excellent organizational skills and management of scheduled clients and calendar.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
