Join the Vice Shield Team
Vice Shield is seeking four dependable Commercial Installation Technicians to assist with a technology deployment project in St. Paul, MN. This is a temporary three-week project with the opportunity for future work on commercial IT, AV, and low-voltage installation projects.
Job Responsibilities
· Pull and terminate CAT5e/CAT6 network cabling
· Mount TVs, monitors, and digital displays
· Install wall brackets and hardware
· Assist with commercial AV installations
· Install and organize network equipment
· Cable management and labeling
· Use ladders and basic power tools
· Perform general low-voltage installation work
· Complete other installation duties as assigned
Preferred Experience
· Structured cabling
· Low-voltage installations
· Commercial AV installations
· TV mounting
· Network installations
· Construction or handyman experience
· IT field technician experience
No certifications are required, but relevant experience is highly preferred.
Requirements
· Reliable transportation
· Dependable and punctual
· Able to lift up to 50 lbs
· Comfortable working on ladders
· Able to safely use basic hand and power tools
· Professional attitude and team player
· Authorized to work in the United States
Compensation
· $30.00 per hour
· Approximately 40 hours per week
· Weekly pay
· Employees are paid every Thursday for all hours worked during the previous work week.
