What You'll Do
- Welcome every member and guest with enthusiasm and a smile.
- Give studio tours and educate prospects on the HOTWORX workout experience.
- Sell memberships and retail while helping people find the best fit for their fitness journey.
- Build genuine relationships with members and encourage them to stay motivated.
- Conduct new member orientations and ensure every member has an amazing experience.
- Keep the studio clean, organized, and inviting.
- Participate in community events, marketing activities, and social media content.
- Help create an upbeat, energetic atmosphere where members love to work out.

Qualifications
- Customer service or sales experience preferred (but we'll train the right person!).
- Fitness industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
