About the Role
As a Facilities Custodian, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for our manufacturing and office teams. You will be responsible for ensuring our facility remains organized and sanitary, directly contributing to the productivity and well-being of our workforce.
Responsibilities-
Sanitize and maintain restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of hygiene.

Manage waste and recycling removal throughout both shop and office zones to keep workspaces clear.

Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping, to maintain building aesthetics.

Dust and wipe down surfaces, workstations, and fixtures to create a welcoming office environment.

Ensure building entrances are clean and well-maintained to promote a safe access point for all staff.

Operate industrial cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers and vacuums, to achieve efficient results.

Collaborate with the custodial team to address facility maintenance needs and support special cleaning projects.
Qualifications-
High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 25 pounds and navigating stairs or ladders.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining a safe, orderly workspace.

Capacity to work independently and manage time effectively to complete daily tasks.

1+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing custodial role.

Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and the proper handling of cleaning chemicals.

Proven experience operating industrial-grade cleaning machinery.
