LIME Painting is hiring a full-time or part-time Canvasser. This is a field-based lead generation role at a premium residential painting company. If you are looking for a door-to- door canvassing job or an outdoor sales job this is a straightforward opportunity with real upside.
As a Canvasser at LIME Painting, your job is to knock doors in high-end residential neighborhoods, introduce homeowners to LIME, and generate qualified leads for our sales team. You are the first impression of LIME in the market. You will work independently, manage your own route, log every interaction in our lead tracking platform, and deliver a memorized door pitch on every door.
Minimum performance expectations: 80 doors per shift, 2 qualified leads per shift, 8 qualified leads per week. Training is provided through our online learning platform before your first shift.
You must complete all coursework and pass a door pitch test before going to the field.
Who succeeds here: people who are 18 or older, energetic, consistent, and willing to handle rejection without losing their stride. Prior canvassing, door-to-door sales, or field marketing experience is a plus but not required. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
LIME Painting works exclusively with high-end residential and commercial properties. The neighborhoods you will be canvassing reflect that standard.
Compensation & Employment Type: This is a performance-based opportunity. There is no cap on your earning potential. Your income is directly tied to your performance, allowing motivated individuals to earn significantly more than in traditional hourly positions.
Top performers who consistently achieve their performance goals become eligible for a full-time W-2 position with a guaranteed base salary, an enhanced commission structure, performance bonuses, and a clearly defined career path toward becoming an Account Manager.
Pay: $35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
