At Extended Family Care, you provide 1:1 care in the home.
No rushing room to room. No overwhelming patient loads.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
✔ Support mobility, transfers, and daily routines
✔ Prepare meals and assist with feeding
✔ Light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
✔ Take and record vital signs when directed
✔ Document care and communicate with the care team
