Wedding are fun but they are only successful when motivated teams are behind the scenes making the magic happen. It's fast paced and rewarding work to be a part of someone's once in a lifetime experience.
Responsibilities:
The bulk of events take place Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Shifts are usually noon to midnight. Must be able to work 22 events for the remainder of the year. Much of our service staff is part time, making it all the more important to have dedicated leaders.
Expectations:
Lead by example
Setup chairs and tables,
organize decor
greet guests
lead food service - having restaurant or banquet service experience is ideal.
clean bathrooms
sweep floors
breakdown and cleanup after event
Speed is needed in the hospitality environment. There is a lot of hard work behind the scenes to make people's dream weddings come true. You have to be ready to jump into a variety of tasks and motivate team members.
