Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is rapidly expanding providing massages, facials, and hair removal services 7 days a week. We are looking for an experienced, friendly and enthusiastic Spa Membership Sales Associate/Coordinator at our Brookfield location. This person will build and maintain client relationships by offering exceptional customer service and supporting the team to ensure a successful day.
*Hourly AND Bonus Commission
- Meeting membership sales goals
- Detailed knowledge of the menu of services
- Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and services options with clients
- Execute the daily operational tasks, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by management.
- Uphold store cleanliness standards
- Scheduling appointments and balancing the daily schedule
- Communicating the continually changing schedule and operational needs with teammates
Spa Membership Sales Associate/Coordinator Qualifications:
- Capable of working flexible hours ( Evenings and Weekends Required)
- Special consideration given to candidates with prior retail or membership sales experience (Gym, Tanning, or Salon) or prior Spa experience such as Massage Envy, Elements or Massage Heights
- Experience with Millenium software a plus
- Critical thinking skills, including conflict resolution
- Excellent verbal and written communication

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
