PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Plans, organizes, directs, and controls office operations.

Work closely with onsite management staff to ensure that there is sufficient staff scheduled daily to properly process the incoming mail volume.

Analyzes workflow and assignments to ensure operations run efficiently and all deadlines are met daily.

Complete all daily reporting requirements as instructed.

Provides direction to staff by answering questions and resolving problems.

Responsible for training and development of all staff.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Understand and follow established business rules for all job duties.

Provide staff support by performing data entry, mail scanning, and opening work when needed.

Ensure that all of the mail that has been received that day will be completely processed prior to leaving daily.

All other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS

MS Office proficiency
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Skilled at operating office equipment (i.e., personal computer, OPEX machine, etc.)
-
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
-
Must be available to work Saturdays.
-
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
SCHEDULE
The base schedule for this position is as follows:
Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday – As needed
