As a Sales Assistant , you'll work directly with homeowners in residential neighborhoods, introducing Frontier's fiber internet, TV, and wireless services while creating positive first impressions. Every Sales Assistant plays an important role in supporting local advertising initiatives by educating homeowners, answering questions, and helping qualified customers enroll in services that improve the way they stay connected.
What You'll Do as a Sales Assistant
- Meet directly with homeowners in residential neighborhoods throughout the New London area.
- Introduce Frontier's fiber internet, TV, and wireless services while supporting neighborhood advertising campaigns.
- Explain available services, current offers, and advertising promotions in a clear, professional, and approachable way.
- Learn about each household's needs and recommend solutions that provide the best value.
- Guide interested homeowners through the enrollment process while creating a positive customer experience.
- Support daily sales goals by building trust with homeowners and delivering outstanding service.
- Collaborate with fellow Sales Assistant s to strengthen neighborhood outreach, support local advertising efforts, and achieve team sales objectives.
- Continue developing communication, leadership, advertising, and sales skills through ongoing coaching and mentorship as a Sales Assistant .
What Makes You a Great Fit
