Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate nursing functions with doctors, patients and interdisciplinary team.
- Assess and evaluate patients and ensure quality standards of the highest degree in nursing activities.
- Comply with facility standards, Federal, State and Local regulations.
- Supervise nursing staff in carrying out patient care duties.
- Monitor ongoing performance of the nursing staff.
- Adjust schedules and assignments of nursing needs to ensure resident needs are me

- Previous experience in supervisory role in LTC setting
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Pay: From $45.00 per hour
