This isn't a reporting-only position.
You'll work directly with leaders across multiple departments to answer critical business questions, improve performance, and identify opportunities for growth. Rather than supporting a single function, you'll influence decisions that impact customer acquisition, revenue generation, operational efficiency, and overall business strategy.

As Window Nation continues to grow nationally, you'll help build scalable analytics capabilities that support the organization's continued expansion.
Deliver data-driven insights that help improve growth, profitability, operational performance, and customer acquisition.
Analyze performance across marketing, sales, lead generation, and call center operations to identify opportunities and business risks.
Evaluate customer acquisition and sales funnel performance, including lead flow, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
2+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources in a data analysis, business analysis, sales analytics, call center analytics, financial analysis, or similar analytical role
Experience building reports, dashboards, KPIs, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms
Experience analyzing marketing, sales, customer acquisition, lead generation, or call center performance metrics
