Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Excellence: Perform essential service and preventive maintenance on all machinery and plant equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and management to resolve issues and implement new programs and policies.
- Innovation & Projects: Participate in equipment modifications, installations, and special projects.
- Operational Support: Assist machine operators with equipment changeovers and setups to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
- Proactive Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and facilities, reporting any issues to management.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment, adhering to OSHA and company safety practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems with at least 3 years of hands-on experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities with electrical systems, controls, PLCs, and drives.
- Comprehension: Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, work orders, and SOPs.
- Independent & Adaptable: Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bonus Skills: CNC machining, fabrication, and welding experience are highly valued.
- Team Spirit: A can-do attitude and a proven track record of reliability and attendance.
Working Conditions:
- Manufacturing Environment: Primarily day shift (Monday-Friday), with occasional other hours and weekends as needed.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces and heights using proper PPE.

- Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
