Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a vibrant dining environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining, showcasing exceptional hospitality skills. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. This position requires some nights, weekends and some holidays.

Duties
- Greet guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the Toast POS system.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards.
- Assist with food preparation when necessary, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Process payments accurately while adhering to basic math skills for cash handling.
Skills
- Experience in fine dining and casual dining environments is preferred.
- Proficiency with Toast POS system is a plus.
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
- Knowledge of culinary practices and food preparation techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
