Overview
Lavish Event Rentals is seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse & Delivery Personnel to join our team. Responsibilities include loading and unloading event rental / furniture equipment, organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory, preparing orders for delivery, and safely delivering and setting up rental items at event locations. Candidates must be able to lift heavy items, work in a fast-paced environment, and provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally. A valid driver’s license, strong teamwork skills, and attention to detail are preferred. Weekend and flexible availability may be required based on event schedules.
Duties
- Safely load and unload shipments using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Assist with picking & packing orders efficiently to meet shipping & receiving deadlines
- Maintain organized storage by stocking items properly and ensuring optimal warehouse distribution practices
- Support shipping & receiving activities by preparing packages, verifying orders, and ensuring proper documentation
- Conduct regular inventory management tasks to prevent stock discrepancies and facilitate accurate order fulfillment
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse operations including inventory management and warehouse distribution
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively
- Knowledge related to materials handling equipment and safety protocols.
- Skilled in order picking & packing, shipping & receiving processes, and load & unload procedures
