Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate licensed therapist to provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and/or families. As a contracted therapist, you will have the flexibility to set your schedule and manage your caseload, while benefiting from the support and resources of an established practice. You will receive 60% of the profit for the services you provide, ensuring that your earnings reflect your work and dedication.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couple, and/or family therapy to clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations.
- Participate in clinical supervision and staff meetings as needed.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and staff to ensure comprehensive care.
- Manage your schedule and caseload with the flexibility to work part-time or full-time hours.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Active and unrestricted FL licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
- Strong clinical skills in individual, couple, or family therapy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
