Saturday and Sunday are required every week. If you want extra work, you can add weekday shifts later (optional, based on availability). We are hiring immediately.
What we do
PMD Solutions is a local courier team delivering small packages using personal vehicles. You’ll dispatch each morning from our Columbia warehouse, deliver using a mobile app, and complete your route the same day. We require every package to be delivered or attempted daily.
Pay details (how pay is tracked)
Pay is per stop. “First package at a stop” is the 1st package delivered to an address. “Additional packages (same stop/address)” are any extra packages delivered to that same address. Weekly pay.

Scan, load, and deliver packages on an assigned route. Take clear proof of delivery (POD) photos on every delivery. Use the delivery app for navigation, updates, and completion. Communicate with dispatch and fix delivery issues quickly when notified.
Quality Standards / Claims & Fines
Accurate deliveries and clear POD photos are required. Drivers must deliver to the correct address/location, follow delivery notes, and respond quickly if dispatch requests a correction or recovery.
Requirements
Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and active insurance. Smartphone (iPhone/Android). Dependable, on-time, and professional. Able to lift up to ~50 lbs.
