What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers with a warm, friendly attitude
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule appointments and assist customers with basic questions
- Check customers in and out
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Keep the front office clean, organized, and professional
- Assist the service advisors and management with administrative tasks
- Help create an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to remain calm and positive in a busy environment
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or office experience is preferred but not required
