**Job Description**
Total Insurance Hub is an independent agency currently hiring licensed Health & Life Insurance Agents for the upcoming Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).
In this role, you will conduct consultations with prospective clients to evaluate coverage options and enroll them in Medicare Advantage, Final Expense, and Annuity products. We provide warm, inbound/appointment-based lead routing—no cold calling or cold prospecting required. Onboarding begins immediately so you are certified, appointed, and ready for peak AEP volume.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct remote client consultations via phone or video to assess Medicare, Life, and Annuity coverage needs.
* Present and compare Medicare Advantage, Final Expense, and Annuity products in compliance with CMS regulations and carrier standards.
* Assist clients with annual plan reviews, coverage adjustments, and retention inquiries.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and enrollments within our company CRM system.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
* **License:** Active Florida 2-15 License (Health, Life & Variable Annuity) in good standing (Required).
* **Background Check:** No history of license suspension, revocation, or disciplinary action (verified via state Department of Insurance lookup).
* **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Medicare, Life Insurance, or Final Expense.
**Certifications** Active AHIP certification (or readiness to complete prior to AEP start date).
* **Technical Setup:** High-speed internet, personal PC/laptop, noise-canceling headset, and a quiet home office workspace.
* **Languages:** Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
