We are hiring for a professional Pantry for the rest of our 2026 season to prepare food to the chef’s specifications and to set up stations for menu. This position is seasonal. Our season is April 1st to Nov 1st.

On-site dorm room shared with roommate available if needed. Must be able to work up to 6 days a week if live on-site
Responsibilities:
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, meat, or preparing sauces)
- Answer, report and follow the chef’s instructions
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Requirements:
- Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Must be able to lift a required 50 lbs.
- Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods of time / 8+ hour shifts
- Must be eligible to work in U.S.
- Background Check required
