Lyneer Staffing Solutions is looking for an Onsite Coordinator/Recruiter to join their team in Hesperia, CA. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between warehouse management, temporary employees, and internal staffing teams, ensuring smooth daily operations, strong headcount, and a safe and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily attendance, scheduling, and staffing levels to meet operational needs
- Conduct employee check-ins, onboarding, and orientations for all new hires
- Serve as the primary liaison between warehouse management and employees
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, hours worked, and incident reports
- Coordinate with recruiting teams to fill open positions and maintain proper headcount
- Conduct routine walkthroughs of the warehouse floor to ensure efficiency and safety
- Support disciplinary actions, coaching, and performance improvement plans as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, staffing, or onsite coordination preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and timekeeping systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Pay & Schedule:
- Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Overtime and weekend availability required
