Starside is a multi-state, licensed security services company built around government contracts, armed/unarmed guards, detention services and detention transport. We are looking for in-house counsel with employment, labor and compliance experience.
Duties include but are not limited to
Review solicitations, draft and negotiate agreements, NDAs, Human Resource experience.
Experience with government contract compliance including Service Contract Act (SCA).
Advise on compliance across multiple states.
Draft and maintain the employee handbook, offer letters, policies.
Must have 3 plus years of relevant practice with experience in government contracting and/or employment and labor law.
Hands-on experience with SCA, FAR, GSA schedules, federal services contracts or a proven ability to get up to speed fast in a regulated contract driven business.
Prior in-house experience serving a government contractor.
