DiaCom Corporation is seeking an experienced production supervisor.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assign machine operations, setups and material changes ensuring the most effective use of personnel to meet production objectives
- Plan and monitor job results. Troubleshoot when needed
- Train and mentor employees. Discipline when necessary
- Ensure that the prescribed safety measures are followed and that policies and procedures are followed
Requirements/Experience:
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Should be familiar with AS9100 standards.
- BS degree and experience with rubber or plastics preferred.
- Excellent customer service, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be a team player and work well with all departments and individuals at all levels
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
